Job Description

The Senior Client Service Associate is an advanced level position serving as the first point of contact to meet client needs and is responsible for working with Private Wealth Officers and high net worth clients across several delivery platforms, including banking, trust, brokerage, financial planning, and investment management. The Senior CSA is responsible for developing relationships with clients and assisting clients with inquiries and problem resolution by performing research on various systems.  In addition, the Senior CSA is responsible for ensuring best in class client experience by supporting Wealth Advisors, Bankers, Trust Officers, and managers’ efficacy through various technical duties.  The Senior CSA may also serve as the market expert on processes and systems and may also provide training and advice to other CSAs.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will serves as first point of contact to meet client needs for the most complex Private Wealth offerings.  Develop and maintain deep relationships and familiarity with the highest level client base in order to provide a best in class client experience while assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.
  • You will interact with internal and external clients, officers, vendors, and COIs via telephone, written communications, and/or meetings regarding in-depth problem diagnosis and resolution.  Serve as liaison and resource for other CSA’s as well as the liaison between operational and support areas and clients. Substantial use of discretionary judgement is required as the Senior CSA performs advanced research and communicates resolution of problems to clients.  
  • You will provide direct in-depth technical support for officers in administration and management of client accounts, such as monitoring, reconciling and researching costs and providing accounting assistance, funding assets into and distributing assets from accounts. Interact daily with internal and external contacts to ensure that all account activity such as account opening and closing, payments and requests, loan advances, deposits, distributions, wire transfers, loan bookings, DDA transfers and receipts are processed accurately and timely; ensuring adequate cash positions in investment and trust accounts. 
  • You will be responsible for advanced account administration in accordance with governing instruments, tax and fiduciary law, applicable fiduciary accounting standards, and local probate code, consistent with BOKF policy. 
  • You will be an expert at understanding of a multitude of software products and the ability to understand new applications. May meet with clients to obtain signature(s) and gather or deliver required documents.
  • You will recommend and work with manager to solve for potential process changes or exploration of different processes when the client experience is weakened, and/or process are cumbersome and not efficient.
  • You will foster an environment of team engagement and commitment to the Private Wealth’s servicing group shared resource strategy.
  • You may serve as a market expert and provide training to others related to Private Wealth systems and processes.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience; or 12-15 years equivalent work-related experience.
