Job Description

The Collateral Management Specialist is responsible for performing the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the collateral management function, including locating, routing, and securing collateral documents, recording the movements of collateral documents, and communicating with internal and external business partners.

• Correspond with vendors daily to send and retrieve needed documentation
• Utilize spreadsheets to keep track of workload

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma High school diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience in mortgage originations and/or servicing.
