Job Description
The Consumer Sales Performance Plan Manager is primarily responsible for designing and managing sales performance plans, delivering related reports to sales producing teams that enhance sales leadership’s ability to drive stronger sales, and analyze. This role will produce payout reporting for all sales related incentives. This position requires an advanced level of problem solving, independent analysis and judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will plan, develop, implement, and maintain complex incentive plans and procedures for Consumer Banking and Business Banking. This includes but is not limited to the calculation and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives for over 800 Consumer Banking, Business Banking and ExpressBank employees.
- You will create, review, and submit incentive payment report to payroll as they relate to Consumer Banking and Business Banking incentive plans.
- You will develop requirements and partner with the office of data management in the creation of power BI reports and building reports both permanent and ad hoc in nature.
- You will diagnose and remediate problems, perform root cause analysis, and assist in Line of Business annual planning and estimating.
- You will develop simple to complex SQL queries to research sales/incentive inquires submitted by Consumer Branch Delivery and Business Banking team members that directly impact incentive payments.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Technology/Science, or a related field and 8+ years’ experience in managing sales, incentive and quality assurance processes; or minimum of 12+ years of work related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
